I'm Ben Dayer-Swan. I design and build phone-first websites for trades and local services, from Essex to anywhere in the UK, and you see a free mockup of yours before you spend a penny.
Mockup in 7 days · fixed price · you own the site
Nine demo sites, each built around how a real business wins work. None of them is tied to its trade: like the plumber's look for your salon? That works. Drag through them and tap the heart on the ones you like, and they're added to your mockup request.
Use the left and right arrow keys to move through the demos, and Enter to open the one in the middle.

The first step is deliberately zero-pressure: we build you a visual direction first, and you decide with something real in front of you.
What you do, your area, what you want the phone to ring about. Five minutes by email or a quick call. No forms with forty fields.
Within a week you get a visual mockup of your homepage: your name, your services, your area. If it's not right, you've lost nothing.
Pick a site and pay the build fee up front. You bring your domain name, I build the pages and put it live once you've approved it. Then choose: I look after it, or you take it over.
How you showed up on Google, and up to three suggestions, each with a price and what it should bring in. After three months we look at the results together.
Mobile-first pages that make people trust you in five seconds: clear services, real photos, one obvious way to get in touch.
Structured pages, Google Business Profile support and the technical groundwork that helps you show up for "near me" searches.
Hosting, security, content changes and monthly checks, so the site keeps earning while you keep working.
A dated site tells customers you might be dated too, and they ring the next plumber on the list. Drag across to see a site built to stand out and sell. Both are examples, not real businesses.

A one-off fee to build the site. After that, I can look after it for a small monthly fee, or you take the code and run it yourself. No hourly guesswork, and no surprise invoices.

£99 a month

You can. Once it's built, the code goes into your own GitHub account and you host it wherever you like. The handover is free: I walk you through it and give you a plain list of the tools you'll need and what they cost each month.
Monthly plans run for 12 months. After that, lock in another 12 months at the same price, or roll monthly with 30 days' notice. Build fees are paid up front; plans by standing order.
On a plan, your monthly report tells you when one of these would bring in work, with the numbers behind it. Until then, you don't need them.
Yes. Your domain and Google accounts are in your name from day one. If I host it, I look after the code while you're on a plan. If you'd rather run it yourself, the code goes into your own GitHub account with a free handover.
You don't have to have one. Hosting, security and backups need doing either way, and the monthly report is how you find out whether the site is bringing in work. Care covers all of that for £29 a month, or you can run it yourself.
Plans have a 12-month minimum. After that, prices may go up, but you can lock in another 12 months at the price you already pay. Or carry on month to month and stop with 30 days' notice.
Yes. Care includes up to 30 minutes of photo or text changes a month: send them over and they're done. Bigger refreshes are £40 an hour, and you know the price before I start.
Not myself. I'll introduce you to a Google Ads specialist I work with. You deal with them directly, and the ads run through your own Google Ads account.
Tell me your business, your trade and your town. Within a week you'll see what your website could look like, then you decide.
